Vice President of India
Shri Chandrapuram Ponnusami Radhakrishnan took charge as the 15th Vice President of India on 12th September 2025. With over four decades of experience in public life, he previously served as Governor of Maharashtra and Governor of Jharkhand. He was elected twice to the Lok Sabha from Coimbatore (1998 & 1999) and served as Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee for Textiles. Born on 4th May 1957 in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. We are honored to have the Hon'ble Vice President grace the convocation ceremony.
