International Journal of Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure Research (IJTHLR) is a bi-annual international multidisciplinary refereed (peer-reviewed) journal of the School of Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management, Central University of Himachal Pradesh. It seeks to provide a specialized academic platform and reference for the dissemination of research in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality and Leisure Management.
The journal promotes discussion through original research that contributes innovative knowledge and understanding to the field of hospitality, leisure and tourism studies. The journal has an international orientation, and explores high-quality conceptual and empirical papers that advance knowledge in the areas of tourism, travel, hospitality, leisure and allied research.
IJTHLR aims to provide a specialized academic platform for the dissemination of research in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality and Leisure Management. This includes both original qualitative and quantitative empirical work, besides theoretical and conceptual contributions.
The ambit of the Journal is international and submissions are subject to blind peer review process. The editorial policy of the Journal is to invite manuscripts from academicians, researchers, policy makers and practitioners. The publication is intended for readers including litterateurs, academicians, educationists, professionals, policy makers, research scholars and students.
The journal has six sections — main research papers, research report, case studies, Industry Viewpoints, Forthcoming Events & conference reports and book review.

IJTHLR is published bi-annually (June and December). The manuscripts submitted till May 30 will be considered for June issue and till November 30 for December issue.
The journal follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and quality. The Editorial Board is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscript based on the reviewers' comments.
